NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client’s team in Clearwater, Florida. This is an onsite. direct hire position.
SALARY: $80,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of FP&A experience with strong accounting and finance fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with executives
• Proficiency in financial modeling, sales & headcount forecasting, budgeting, and SGA
• Experience with NetSuite ERP, Cube, NetSuite CRM, Clarity, Shepherd, and Ramp or similar systems
• Solid MS Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Ability to translate large datasets into business insights and communicate the story behind the numbers
• Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and validate large datasets, creating monthly financial packages for executives
• Support operations and sales teams with financial analysis and insights
• Articulate performance drivers and operational efficiencies to leadership
• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning across divisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to explain performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the integration of new systems and AI-driven financial tools to enhance scalability
• Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and support growth initiatives
