NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Fractional Workday Learning Consultant to join our client’s team. This is a remote, part-time contract position.
SALARY: $85-90/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Workday Learning certification (mandatory)
- Sana Create Services certification (mandatory; recently certified or completing within the next few weeks is acceptable)
- Senior-level experience leading Workday implementation projects
- Strong experience with Workday Learning implementation and functions
- Excellent customer-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience leading functional and integration resources
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead discovery, requirements, and customer confirmation workshops
- Direct the Learning functional and Integration consultant team
- Guide customers and project team members using industry best practices
- Lead configuration, training, and testing of Workday Learning
- Provide senior-level guidance to drive project decisions
- Collaborate with the customer and project team to ensure activities are within scope and meet requirements
