NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a General Manager or VP of Operations to join our client’s team in Kissimmee, Florida. This is an onsite, direct Hire position.
SALARY: $165,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of property management leadership experience within the Florida community association management industry.
- Strong operational leadership experience overseeing property management teams and client service functions
- Experience managing board relationships, escalated client matters, and multi-community portfolios
- A ‘people first’ mentality – develop their team, build strong client relationships
- Active Florida CAM License (LCAM) preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily operations of HOA property management teams across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to support growth and acquisition initiatives
- Maintain strong portfolio performance and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to support company targets for growth and integration of acquired companies
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency
