NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Chief Growth Officer – to join our client’s team in San Jose, California. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $220,000 – $245,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience owning and scaling a significant revenue/P&L business unit
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and funnel economics
• Strong analytical skills with command of CAC, CPL, conversion, and monetization metrics
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing, sales/conversion, and client success
• Ability to build scalable systems and reduce founder/CEO dependency
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own full-funnel revenue performance and division P&L
• Scale revenue while improving profitability and unit economics
• Expand and diversify institutional partnerships to mitigate concentration risk
• Align paid media, conversion, and monetization teams around shared KPIs
• Build scalable operational systems and leadership infrastructure for growth
