NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an AI Engineer to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. This is an onsite, contract to hire position.
SALARY: $65 – $80 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Enterprise AI application engineer focused on building the models, creating new features for multiple business units (will be partnering with data scientists) and operationalizing AI agents and machine learning solutions inside AWS.
- 5+ years Python (3.11+) hands-on experience building robust applications and agentic logic (you will be building AI applications in Python)
- Building and deploying ML Models using SageMaker or comparable
- Solid understanding of core Machine Learning concepts and model lifecycle management.
- Frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- AWS Certification: Ideally should hold at least one of the following: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
