NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a Hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, client support, or project coordination
• In-depth knowledge of custody and clearing firm concepts, practices, and procedures
• Fundamental understanding of financial markets, accounts, products, and transfer processes
• Operational processes related to custody and clearing platforms
• Experience in project planning and implementation
• Series 7 certification (outstanding qualification)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead project conversions onto the custody and clearing platform, managing your workflow and stakeholder communication
• Serve as the primary contact during client onboarding to the platform
• Develop and maintain understanding of custody and clearing products and processes
• Conduct professional educational meetings and deliver presentations
• Follow up on inquiries, provide training, and ensure paperwork and service instructions are completed accurately
• Complete all onboarding tasks, maintain Salesforce workflow and data consistency
• Monitor onboarding activities, identify potential risks, and escalate issues timely
• Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external clients
• Perform additional duties as assigned
