NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a remote contract position.
SALARY: $30-$45 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency with Foundation (experience customizing workflows, dashboards, and reports a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills in business writing, listening, and presentation
- Professional, proactive, results-driven, with high energy and integrity
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Client-focused, skilled in relationship management and business development
- Empathetic, collaborative, able to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Highly adaptable, capable of prioritizing and completing tasks under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft 365
- 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably legal
- Knowledge of data enrichment tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze referral data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities
- Support tracking of KPIs, opportunities, interactions, and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager to generate and present regular referral engagement reports
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up items for referral meetings
- Maintain a consistent work schedule, fully engaging during business hours
- Manage special projects and duties as assigned
