NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $30-$45 per hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency with Foundation, including customizing workflows, dashboards, and reports
• Exceptional communication skills, including business writing, listening, and presentation skills
• Professional, proactive, results-driven, with high energy and integrity
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and big-picture vision
• Creative problem-solver with strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Client-focused with relationship management and business development experience
• Highly adaptable, capable of prioritizing and completing tasks under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft 365
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze referral data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Support tracking of KPIs, team engagement, opportunities, interactions, follow-up actions, and targets
• Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager to produce and present regular referral engagement reports
• Assist in preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up actions for referral meetings
• Maintain a consistent work schedule and full engagement during business hours
• Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
