NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a IAM Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $21-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Attention to detail
• Strong time and queue management skills
• Knowledge of IAM and security best practices
• ServiceNow experience is a plus
• Customer-focused service approach and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create, track, and manage user access requests using ServiceNow
• Ensure timely completion of access requests and incidents, maintaining SLAs
• Provision user access securely across multiple systems, following least privilege and RBAC models
• Assist with large group account setups and project implementations
• Support IT compliance and attestation projects
• Develop and update process documentation and SOPs
• Manage access modifications and onboarding tasks efficiently, staging access appropriately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all onboarding is completed prior to user start dates
• Serve as an on-call resource for incident response and operational support
