NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Investment Portfolio Associate to join our client’s team in Locust Valley, NY. This is an Onsite, Contract position.
SALARY: $38-$42 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services environment focused on market research and analysis
• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry emphasizing market research and analysis
• Series 7 certification required
• Series 63, 65, and/or 66 as per state requirement
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect fundamental research on companies as requested by Financial Advisors
• Use analytical tools and methodologies to research investment products and portfolio analysis
• Assist in preparing industry and company research reports
• Develop financial models for revenue and income forecasts
• Support analytics used in investment strategy white papers
• Prepare presentations, portfolio analyses, and proposals for high net worth and institutional clients
• Participate in client meetings to identify goals and tolerances
• Develop and present tailored investment strategies
• Respond to Financial Advisor inquiries with research and insights
• Generate customized industry and company reports upon request
• Assist in developing financial models to forecast revenue and team income
• Prepare scheduled and ad hoc performance reports
• Maintain checklists for investment manager reviews and searches
• Generate periodic investment analyses and peer comparisons with benchmarks
• Interface effectively with all organizational levels in portfolio management
• Complete ad hoc projects and reports as assigned
