NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Junior Sales Development Representative to join our client’s team in Oldsmar, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
SALARY: $45,000 – $50,000 + commissions (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Internship, cold calling, customer-facing, or sales experience preferred
• 0–1+ years of sales, SDR, BDR, recruiting, customer service, or business development experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone
• Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, pharmacies, providers, healthcare organizations, and other target accounts
• Research accounts and identify decision-makers or key contacts
• Qualify prospects and help move opportunities into the sales pipeline
• Support follow-up from warm leads, campaigns, conventions, and marketing activity
• Partner with senior sales team members to learn the pharma sales process
• Track calls, emails, notes, and next steps in the CRM
• Help build prospect lists and maintain accurate account/contact information
• Learn Kesin Pharma’s products, customer base, and value proposition
