NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $100,000 – $120,000 depending on experience. Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years marketing experience with strong experience in digital marketing
- Strong experience managing outside agencies- must be able to hold them accountable, verify their results
- Experience creating marketing campaigns sometime (ok if they have done in the past heavily but don’t want to do heavily now)
- Well versed in data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, DOMO, Meta)- Tool doesn’t necessarily matter as long as they know how to use tools to measure analytics
- Prior leadership experience or the ability and desire to move into a leadership role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage outside agencies and verify campaign results through data-driven analysis
• Provide digital marketing expertise across the organization
• Support the Executive Director by managing schedules, travel, and communications
• Handle general HR duties including recruitment, background checks, and maintaining personnel files
• Oversee office operations such as answering phones, greeting guests, and securing confidential information
• Manage banking logs, deposits, accounts receivable/payable, and donations
• Maintain the agency website and Shopify site, responding to inquiries and purchases
• Develop and update agency forms and internal documentation
• Coordinate event planning, including the annual Gala, working with committee members and managing volunteers
• Develop content and distribute the monthly newsletter
• Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and serve as the agency’s representative at community events
