NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Product Owner to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $50-$57/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years in a Product Owner role
- Domain knowledge in web, e-commerce, integrations, and IoT
- Proven ability to gather user requirements and write clear, concise user stories
- Experience presenting to leadership
- Experience working with IoT, including exposure to electrical, mechanical, and multiple work streams
- Ability to communicate effectively and decipher technical jargon when working with electrical, mechanical, firmware, and software engineers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead cross-functional, agile teams to deliver maximum value from software products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and shape product vision and roadmap
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating their needs into user stories
- Drive the development of high-value capabilities aligned with business goals
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value
- Communicate progress and gather input from stakeholders throughout the development cycle
- Maintain a cohesive product vision across fast-paced, agile teams
- Develop detailed product requirements and documentation
- Define next iterations and plan releases in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead execution activities involving various business partners for product development and deployment
