NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Product Specialist to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is an Onsite, Contract-to-Hire position.
SALARY: $40-50/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on general ledger (GL) accounting experience
- Deep understanding of GL accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred, can train)
- Strong presentation skills for remote demos to product users
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as support escalation point for the software product portfolio
- Research and troubleshoot product issues; identify potential solutions
- Document and manage product issues and updates
- Translate accounting challenges into clear software requirements and user stories
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure release accuracy
- Support complex multi-currency and intercompany transactions during new software releases
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate financial process support
