NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Program Materials Analyst to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $75-$95 per hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–7+ years of supporting electric utility, transmission/distribution, substation, or large infrastructure projects
• Experience in a capital program / PMO environment managing multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, or material requirements planning for large programs
• Proven experience collaborating with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Construction, and Project Management teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and major equipment teams on demand planning and forecasting for large programs
• Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet project objectives through coordination with engineering, program managers, and construction teams
• Lead meetings with key stakeholders to communicate material delivery statuses
• Participate in quarterly reviews to track vendor progress and performance
• Manage long lead-time items, ensuring effective tracking and monitoring using KPIs
• Provide weekly status reports for executive updates and stakeholder communication
• Communicate material delivery updates, risks, and contingency plans regularly
• Drive process improvements within materials management initiatives
• Work with the Materials Program Manager to identify and implement efficiency enhancements
• Attend weekly calls with the Materials Program Manager to align on material strategies
