NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Regional Healthcare Sales Director to join our client’s team in Ohio. remote, direct hire position.
Candidates must reside in Ohio.
SALARY: $100,000 – $125,000 per year (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• Proven success in developing and managing sales pipelines
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal oversight
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, accounts receivable, or reimbursement workflows
• Existing relationships within hospitals, health systems, or physician groups in the Southeast or Midwest (strong advantage)
• Top non-negotiable skills as specified in the original requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build new business within healthcare organizations including hospitals, health systems, and physician groups
• Develop relationships with healthcare executives such as CFOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, and operational stakeholders
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including discovery, presentations, and negotiations
• Maintain and grow a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
• Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets quarterly and annually
• Create customized proposals and deliver executive-level presentations
• Lead contract negotiations and close new business with minimal oversight
• Represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings
• Stay informed on healthcare revenue cycle trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
