NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Operations and Sales Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $55,000 – $70,000 (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience supporting sales or operations teams
• Proficient in computer applications, including appointment scheduling and sending invites
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with RFPs is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support internal sales pipeline activities
• Prepare client proposals
• Coordinate meetings and schedules
• Conduct market research and gather relevant information
