NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our client’s team in Woodbury, NY or Calhoun, GA. This is an onsite/hybrid (Direct Hire) position.
SALARY: $95,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
• Strong experience with advanced Flow architecture
• Experience designing scalable data models and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Light Apex triggers and basic LWC modifications
• Ability to support environments with 100+ users
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage platform configurations, including validation rules, page layouts, and metadata
• Design and implement scalable business solutions aligned with company goals
• Develop complex Flows and automation across multiple objects
• Create and modify Apex triggers and LWC components as needed
• Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations and API data flows
• Oversee release management, testing, and deployment processes
• Maintain data hygiene standards and governance protocols
• Build dashboards and analytics for executive reporting
• Mentor junior administrators and power users
• Lead change management and user adoption initiatives
• Translate business processes into structured system designs
