NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Salesforce Data Architect to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire position.
SALARY: $85.00 – $100.00 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Polished and professional demeanor, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on Salesforce architecture experience within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong Salesforce data model design and entity relationship expertise
• Experience leading data reconciliation, migration, and consolidation projects
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governance
• Experience working within enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze existing Salesforce data structures, relationships, and business processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Design and optimize scalable data models, object relationships, and user entity structures
• Lead data reconciliation, cleansing, consolidation, and governance efforts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define current and future business requirements
• Support integration and migration activities involving Salesforce and external systems
• Identify and address data quality gaps, developing remediation strategies
• Establish best practices for data architecture, security, and platform scalability
• Work with technical teams on implementation planning and execution
