NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an Onsite Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $100,000 – $115,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience managing the full contract lifecycle for government contracts
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CMMC, and commercial contracting practices
- Ability to review, negotiate, and administer contract modifications
- Experience supporting proposal responses and RFQ/RFP submissions
- Skilled in risk mitigation and contract compliance
- Independent decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Lockheed, SpaceX, aerospace, defense, or prime contractor experience preferred
- Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint or similar systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage contracts from initiation through closeout, including modifications and compliance reviews
- Interpret and apply FAR/DFARS regulations and other contracting standards
- Support proposal preparation, including contract requirements flow-down
- Promote risk mitigation strategies across project teams
- Negotiate contract terms and modifications with stakeholders
- Maintain and update contract documentation accurately
- Provide guidance to project managers and internal teams on contractual obligations
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making processes
- Ensure timely submission of contractual deliverables
