NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Senior Informatica Cloud MDM Architect to join our client’s team in Tampa, Dallas, or Houston. This is a hybrid (3 days onsite per week) direct hire position.
SALARY: $150,000- $170,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- passion for data management and architecture
- Define/Oversee MDM architecture strategies
- implementation and configuration of Informatica Cloud MDM (ICM)
- Provide architecture guidance for scaling the MDM platform
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, integration, and management
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and relational databases
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define and oversee MDM architecture strategies for account, employee, and project data domains
• Lead implementation and configuration of Informatica Cloud MDM (ICM) to support master data domains
• Design match, merge, survivorship, and trust rules across multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP)
• Collaborate with source system owners and downstream teams to align on data governance and integration points
• Develop data synchronization workflows using Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
• Build stewardship workflows for exception and data quality management
• Enforce data governance standards, including data quality, lineage, and stewardship accountability
• Provide architecture guidance to scale the MDM platform for future needs
• Create and maintain documentation of MDM systems, mappings, and metadata
• Serve as subject matter expert on Informatica Cloud MDM and train relevant teams
