NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a SharePoint Architect to join our client's team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $70-$80 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 consulting experience
- 3+ years of SharePoint migration experience
- Experience migrating enterprise file shares exceeding 1 TB
- Proven track record working directly with executive stakeholders and IT leadership
- SharePoint Online administration and architecture expertise
- Microsoft Teams administration skills
- Experience with SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) and/or third-party migration tools
- Permissions and ACL mapping knowledge
- Active Directory and Entra ID integration proficiency
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead discovery and assessment for migration projects
- Design and execute migration strategies for large-scale file transfers
- Manage SharePoint Online architecture and content placement
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT leadership and end-users
- Ensure security, governance, and business continuity during migration
- Work directly with clients’ infrastructure teams and business partners
- Oversee phased migration initiatives from legacy systems to Microsoft 365
