NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Solution Architect to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. This is a Hybrid, Contract To Hire position.
SALARY: $75-$85hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of enterprise/application architecture experience
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring, microservices architecture, API design, and system integration
- Cloud-native architecture experience, preferably with AWS
- Experience designing platforms with containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to design solutions with downstream impacts across multiple applications and systems
- Experience operating within large enterprise environments, with a focus on modernization and integration
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with application teams to design scalable, secure solutions to business problems
- Conduct architecture reviews and guide teams through approval processes
- Ensure solution alignment with enterprise standards and capabilities
- Act as a liaison between development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Review and validate modernization initiatives, including transitioning from WebSphere to OpenShift
- Provide technical insights to support decision-making and design validation
- Lead design reviews, develop architecture patterns, and ensure solution performance, security, and maintainability
- Mentor junior team members on architectural best practices
