NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to join our client’s team in Chesterton, Indiana. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $70-$75/hr depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and working with large datasets
- Strong understanding of GAAP financial reporting and compliance
- Ability to work independently, self-train from documentation/videos, and replicate processes
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Close out April financials and prepare for ongoing reporting by location and customer
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze financial statements and investigate variances
- Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Support financial decision-making through analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial data
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including offshore team members
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
