NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Saint Petersburg, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $25-$29 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Office Suite
• Experience with endpoint and productivity tools support
• Knowledge of Active Directory and MFA technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot device and mobility support issues, including MDM solutions
• Experience with virtual desktop environments, such as Citrix
• Familiarity with application troubleshooting, network concepts, and peripheral support
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical solutions to non-technical users
• Reliable transportation and high-speed internet
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support in a high-volume call environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems promptly
• Achieve performance metrics such as ACW, schedule adherence, and quality standards
• Clearly communicate technical solutions to end users with varying technical knowledge
• Document issues, resolutions, and interactions accurately in internal systems
• Use knowledge bases and troubleshooting tools to provide consistent, faster support
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity and quality goals
