NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a contract position.
SALARY: $22-$25/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of operations and new account systems
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and investment concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Customer service experience in a contact center preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Numerical aptitude and critical thinking skills
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and software
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as AML and KYC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer questions from financial advisors and sales assistants regarding account opening and maintenance
- Establish new client accounts, ensuring compliance with registration requirements
- Enforce documentation and policy adherence for client and account processes
- Review data, analyze issues, and implement corrective actions
- Resolve account-related issues by contacting advisors and staff
- Support policy and workflow improvements
- Review daily tasks for accuracy and completeness
- Log and track client requests to ensure timely resolution
- Assist with after-hours account validation events as needed
- Participate in testing new systems and processes
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions
