NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a AI Platform / Infrastructure Engineer to join our client’s team in Reading, PA. This is an hybrid, Contract to Hire position.
SALARY: $65-$86 hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-12 years of hands-on experience with Python (3.11+) building production-grade applications and automation solutions
- Expertise in automating cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Proven experience deploying and managing AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM, and related cloud-native services
- Strong background building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation processes
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI tool/API integration patterns
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and tooling for AI agents and workflows
- Ensure AI agents operate securely, reliably, and at scale
- Integrate tools and APIs via MCP
- Work with AWS Bedrock’s new agent stack to support AI platform development
- Develop automation, security, and orchestration layers for enterprise AI systems
