NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Development to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an Remote, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $90,000 to $100,000k(depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 7-10+ years of experience with strategy for fundraising, donations, grants, partnerships, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree; non-profit or volunteer experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong ability to communicate and work professionally with partners and volunteers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently from home, with some in-office participation for meetings and events
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute fundraising strategies to promote awareness and secure donations
• Lead corporate giving efforts, including sponsorships and multi-year commitments
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities; support grant applications
• Assist leadership with individual donor outreach and campaigns
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board to manage major and planned giving programs
• Maintain and leverage the CRM system for donor management and prospect research
• Develop marketing and communication materials to communicate the organization’s mission and impact
• Attend and support fundraising events and partner company activities
• Build relationships with corporate and individual donors to meet fundraising goals
