Giving Back, Together

At NextPath, giving back isn’t just something we do. It’s part of who we are. We’re committed to making a meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work, and we believe that every placement we make is an opportunity to do even more good.

We proudly partner with and support several incredible organizations year-round. These include Think Big For Kids, Boys & Girls Club of Tampa Bay, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and The Ryan Callahan Foundation. We also participate in community events such as Miles for Moffit and Junior Achievement programs.

We also make quarterly donations to charitable organizations for every person we place in a new job. For 2026, our team selected four incredible organizations that reflect our commitment to people, purpose, and impact: Madi’s Movement, Mercy Full Project, ALS Association, and Finn’s Fighters. Each quarter, our placements will directly support one of these causes, turning our work into meaningful impact beyond the workplace.
