NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Software Product Developer/Engineer to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $60-$70 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Graph Connectors
• Experience with operational reporting and platform optimization
• Exposure to integrations and automation workflows
• Development experience with Tableau reports and dashboards
• Product-minded approach with troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• US-based and US citizen
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support and enhance ServiceNow capabilities including CMDB, IT Operations Management, Discovery, Event Management, and related modules
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and operational metrics in ServiceNow, SQL, and Tableau
• Support data quality, integrations, routing, and operational visibility for enterprise discovery and event management processes
• Troubleshoot, perform configuration updates, and support platform sustainment activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work management activities using Jira
• Document processes, share knowledge, and communicate effectively across teams
• Support operational and strategic initiatives within the ServiceNow platform
