NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our client’s team in Miami, FL. This is an on-site, direct hire position.
SALARY: $200,000 – $220,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years manufacturing/industrialization — 5+ years directly scaling production, launching lines/factories.
- Complex hardware at scale — Personally taken a sophisticated physical product from early production to high-volume serial production; ideally 10x+ scale.
- Automation + robotics — Hands-on ownership of specifying, integrating, debugging, and scaling automated production systems.
- Factory operating system — Owns takt time, cycle time, yield, quality, cost/unit, material flow, maintenance and throughput.
- Hands-on early-stage leader — Factory-floor operator who thrives in ambiguity, can build from scratch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop operational systems to support company scale
- Unify departments and enhance cross-functional execution
- Build accountability, cadence, and process infrastructure
- Lead manufacturing scale-up and production operations
- Improve margins, operational efficiency, and vendor management
- Oversee practical finance operations with fractional CFO support
- Support hiring and lightweight HR processes utilizing modern tools
- Drive operational discipline aligned with growth objectives
- Act as a culture carrier and operational right hand to the CEO
