NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a AI/ML Engineer to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $92,293 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- TURBOCHECK required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- RPA platform experience (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and API integration
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models and RPA solutions
- Build and maintain AI pipelines including data preparation, training, and deployment
- Create and implement intelligent automation workflows
- Support AI governance, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Research and prototype emerging AI technologies, including GenAI and LLMs
- Develop reusable AI and automation components for enterprise use
- Document technical processes and support governance initiatives
- Provide mentorship and training on AI/automation technologies
