NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer – AI to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: 125,000 – 140,000K (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with ability to develop and maintain complex applications
• Skilled in both frontend and backend development, including API integrations
• Experience with database architecture and cloud infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve product functionality
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable tools
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and support applications integrating player data collection and workflows
• Enhance analytics, reporting, and AI-driven features within the platform
• Tackle technical challenges to improve product performance and functionality
• Work closely with baseball operations teams to create scalable, efficient tools for decision-making
