NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Digital Product Analytics Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $60-$67 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience writing SQL and querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
• Working understanding of basic coding principles
• Familiarity with version control and GitHub is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience mining clickstream data
• Experience configuring and managing analytics tools such as FullStory and Quantum Metrics
• Experience using testing tools like Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target
• 3-7 years of digital merchandising, ecommerce, or product marketing experience
• 2-3 years translating business strategies into optimized online experiences
• 2-3 years working with testing platforms, launching and measuring experiments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Write SQL queries and analyze data in cloud warehouses like Snowflake
• Manage and collaborate on code using version control systems, including GitHub
• Mine and analyze clickstream data for insights
• Configure and maintain analytics tools to optimize conversion and engagement
• Develop and execute strategies to improve website UI and performance
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products
• Collaborate with teams to refine and iterate digital features based on data insights
• Support the development and validation of A/B/n experiments
• Identify opportunities for performance improvements and efficiency
• Partner with marketing and other teams to assess campaign impacts on digital products
• Generate reports highlighting website performance, usability, and health
• Proactively identify and communicate digital optimization opportunities
