NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Data & Analytics Product Manager to join our client’s team. This is a remote  position with a direct hire employment type.

SALARY: $180,000 – 220,000 + bonus % (depending on experience)

  • WealthTech Experience and Advisor Technology Experience 
  • Advisor Data Expertise Required – Hands-on experience with advisor and wealth management data, including:
    • AUM (Assets Under Management)
    • Households
    • Performance Reporting
    • Billing & Revenue Reporting
    • Flows / Net New Assets
    • Advisor Compensation
    • Client Accounts
    • Wealth Management KPIs
    • Wealth Platform & Custodian Experience 
  • Experience working with data from platforms such as:
    • Schwab Advisor Services
    • Fidelity Institutional
    • Pershing
    • Addepar
    • Orion
    • Black Diamond
    • Tamarac
    • Envestnet
    • Advisor360°
  • Data & Analytics Product Ownership – owned the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and adoption of data, analytics, reporting, or business intelligence products.
  • Product Management Background – Product Management, Product Ownership, or Platform Product Leadership experience, including:
    • Product Roadmaps
    • User Stories
    • Agile Methodologies
    • Jira / Confluence
    • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to Translate Business Needs into Data Products – gather business requirements, define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and user adoption. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and own the product vision and North Star for data and analytics experiences

• Develop and manage the multi-year product roadmap aligned with company strategy

• Establish clear product outcomes, OKRs, and success metrics focused on adoption and business impact

• Serve as the executive voice for data and analytics in planning and prioritization

• Own the end-to-end data and analytics roadmap, balancing value, impact, and platform investments

• Collaborate with Engineering on sequencing and dependencies

• Drive adoption and impact of analytics products, ensuring decisions, KPIs, and storytelling are consistent and trustworthy

• Treat the data platform as a foundational product with clear consumers, capabilities, and outcomes

• Define requirements for data availability, quality, governance, and AI readiness

• Partner with teams on enablement strategies including training, communications, and demos

• Establish feedback mechanisms and evolve the product roadmap based on usage insights

• Communicate changes, value, and success metrics for each release
