NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our client’s team. This is a remote, contract position.
SALARY: $75-$80/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives (not just training or communications)
• Building change management plans from scratch
• Enterprise software implementation experience (Dynamics 365 CE preferred)
• Strong consulting mindset with leadership partnership experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct stakeholder interviews across business and project teams
• Assess organizational readiness and identify adoption risks
• Analyze Dynamics 365 impacts on users, processes, and teams
• Develop a structured change management and adoption plan
• Present recommendations to project and client leadership
• Transition the change management strategy and plans to the client for execution
