NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our client’s team in Clearwater, Florida. This is a Hybrid, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $120,000 – $165,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of software development experience with enterprise applications in a senior role
• Proven expertise with AI development tools (such as Claude) — demonstrate usage, speed, and efficiency in current/projects
• Strong experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Cross-functional experience working with product, UX, DevOps, architects, and engineering teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and develop enterprise payroll applications from concept through deployment
• Own and deliver features end-to-end with quality and scalability in mind
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, DevOps, and Architects
• Use AI development tools to optimize productivity and code quality
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and serve as an escalation point when needed
• Support application security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity
