NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a VP Customer Success to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $230,000 – $270,000 base + OTE (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years experience
- Recent experience working in a tech-enable marketing agency OR experience working for software tooling companies used by agencies
- Extensive experience working with local SMBs to generate more leads/business for their organization
- Savvy with AI- need to have experience using tools to measure things and determine how successful they are
- Strong and recent experience working for scaling start ups or companies in hyper growth
- High EQ- need to know when to talk, and when to listen, will have heavy interaction with external clients in the professional services space. Most of clients are extremely high touch
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
• Improve internal team efficiency over scaling through hiring
• Collaborate with clients to optimize AI-driven marketing strategies for lead generation
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and professional service clients
• Adapt to rapid changes in the startup environment and current SaaS metrics, focusing on churn reduction and customer retention
• Lead a team of 6 Customer Success Managers and an Implementation team
