NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a New Accounts Associate t to join our client’s team in Memphis, TN. This is a hybrid contract position.
SALARY: $20-$26/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Degree or equivalent with at least two years of customer service experience
• Ability to attend initial 4-month training with minimal planned time off during this period
• Basic customer operations and financial industry knowledge
• Familiarity with investment concepts, account opening, and basic accounting principles
• Ability to process large amounts of information quickly and accurately
• Strong attitude, motivation, and reliability
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer calls from financial advisors and sales assistants regarding account opening and maintenance
• Establish and verify new client accounts following industry requirements
• Enforce documentation protocols for client accounts to meet regulations
• Review and analyze standard issues, data, and account information to identify solutions
• Understand client needs, troubleshoot problems, and implement practical solutions
• Process department reports and communicate account issues for resolution
• Support adherence to policies and procedures
• Contribute to testing and departmental projects as needed
• Review daily tasks for accuracy and ensure all client requests are logged and completed timely
• Assist with additional functions during high volume or staffing shortages
• Support after-hour account validation events and participate in system testing as required
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary
