NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Development Assistant to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $80,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Commercial development experience
- Vendor management expertise
- Strong leadership and project coordination skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead commercial development projects from inception to completion
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with property managers and development teams
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Drive growth opportunities and identify new project prospects
