NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a D365 Functional Lead to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Contract position.
SALARY: $80–$95hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting experience
• Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Sales (Marketing a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Customer Insights Journeys or strong expertise across other CE modules
• Ability to independently lead customer discovery, analysis, and requirements-gathering sessions
• Experience writing user stories and managing work backlogs
• Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
• Power Platform and Dataverse knowledge
• Experience leading UAT and driving user adoption
• Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills
• Insurance client experience is strongly preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead customer discovery and analysis sessions
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional solution designs
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service, and related apps
• Create and manage user stories and delivery backlogs
• Partner with solution architects and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Support data migration and integration validation efforts
• Plan and lead UAT, including execution and defect triage
• Develop training materials and drive end-user adoption
• Serve as the functional escalation point for customer issues
• Lead Dynamics 365 CE workstreams through the full project lifecycle
