NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a New Accounts Associate to join our client’s team in Southfield, MI. This is a Hybrid, Contract position.
SALARY: $21-$26/hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Degree or equivalent with at least two years of customer service experience
• Ability to attend and complete a 4-month training program with minimal absences
• Basic customer operations and financial industry knowledge
• Understanding of investment concepts, practices, and procedures related to new accounts
• Ability to quickly process complex information and follow procedures
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer phone inquiries from clients and internal associates regarding account opening and maintenance
• Establish and process new client accounts in compliance with industry requirements
• Review and interpret account data to identify and resolve issues
• Support documentation procedures to meet policies including AML and KYC requirements
• Handle basic department reports and resolve account-related questions over the phone
• Log and track client requests and ensure timely completion
• Assist with after-hour account validation and system testing as needed
