NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an onsite , contract to hire position.
SALARY: $48-$50hr (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on execution and ownership
• Recent, hands-on Salesforce experience
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement / Pardot
• Built and managed automation, nurture campaigns, forms, landing pages, and segmentation
• Lead scoring and lifecycle management understanding (MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Closed Won)
• Digital marketing expertise including SEO/SEM, email, website optimization, and campaign reporting
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the digital marketing ecosystem including website, Salesforce, Pardot, analytics, and marketing tools
• Build and optimize marketing automation, nurture campaigns, and landing pages
• Maintain and improve Salesforce and Pardot data integrity
• Develop lead scoring models and lead-handoff processes
• Measure and optimize campaign performance and marketing contribution to revenue
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and internal teams to enhance lead flow, systems, and campaigns
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled marketing tools to improve lead engagement and conversion
• Manage website content, SEO, and user experience
• Drive digital campaign planning, execution, and analysis
• Create dashboards and reports that connect marketing efforts to sales impact
• Oversee digital marketing budgets and recommend optimizations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support ongoing digital initiatives
