NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Change Management Lead to join our client’s team in Indianapolis, IN. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $65-$75 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of change management experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 transformations
• Experience delivering in-person training programs
• Facilitation of workshops and office hours
• Strong executive communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop change management plans for the Microsoft 365 transformation
• Create and deliver training and enablement programs
• Support user adoption efforts across teams
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops and office hours
• Support the Business Champion program
• Prepare and execute wave readiness and retrospectives
