NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Director Nonprofit to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an Onsite, direct hire position.
SALARY: $90,000–$100,000 depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- Executive leadership experience as a CEO, Executive Director, President, or Managing Director, preferably 6+ years
- Proven fundraising and development experience with donor cultivation, major gifts, sponsorships, and grants
- Financial expertise in budget management, strategic planning, and organizational sustainability
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with a Board of Directors and external stakeholders
- Strong soft skills including empathetic leadership, excellent communication, integrity, sound judgment, and follow-through
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead organizational fundraising efforts, including cultivating donors, securing grants, and managing sponsorships
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and long-term financial strategies for sustainable growth
- Manage community and public relations, serving as an organizational ambassador
- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors
- Oversee marketing, branding, and communications strategies
- Support daily operations, including facilities management, staff evaluations, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead and support staff and contractors in achieving organizational goals
- Build and maintain relationships with community arts organizations, government entities, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate on legislative advocacy initiatives impacting the arts sector
- Participate in governance activities, including strategic planning and board development
