NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Paid Social Trafficking Manager to join our client’s team in Clearwater, FL. This is a contract, hybrid position.
SALARY: $47-$52hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3-5 years paid social experience managing annual budgets over $5M+
• Extensive experience with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Supplemented with experience in X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok
• Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, or related disciplines
• Experience presenting performance and insights to senior clients
• Self-managed, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute social marketing strategies, including audience targeting, campaign objectives, optimization, and creative placement, primarily on Meta platforms and also on Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Manage campaign budgets to optimize fund utilization
• Create and review all campaign performance reports
• Present campaign results and insights to clients via video conference
• Monitor performance trends and develop strategies based on data analysis
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors through meetings and presentations
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Implement advanced digital media techniques with a focus on AI-driven solutions
• Identify new growth opportunities and develop points of view based on industry insights
• Monitor industry trends and marketplace opportunities to stay competitive
• Contribute to senior management discussions on marketing strategies and initiatives
