NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Service Center Representative to join our client’s team in Orland Park, Illinois. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $18-$20 per hour (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
- 1-3 years of Deposit Operations or Cash Management experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
- Basic computer skills
- Prior banking experience and clerical/data entry experience are preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inquiries regarding bank products and services from business or Treasury Management clients, internal staff, or partners
- Resolve issues with varying complexity through account research and support resources
- Escalate requests needing additional expertise as directed by leadership
- Accept incoming calls to answer questions, resolve issues, and educate on system capabilities while delivering excellent customer service
- Take ownership of problem resolution from start to finish
- Perform additional support functions as assigned by leadership
