NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our client’s team in Kissimmee, FL. This is an onsite, contract position.
SALARY: $24-35/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-4 years HR recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume environments
• Experience filling roles such as property managers, maintenance techs, janitorial, groundskeepers, and AP/AR positions
• Preferably from property management, construction, or hospitality industries
• Proficiency with MS Excel and SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable team player with effective communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and recruiting data in MS Excel and SharePoint
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support recruiting efforts related to company growth and acquisitions
• Fill roles quickly to ensure properties stay operational
