NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Advisory Associate to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This is a Hybrid, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $140,000-$145,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in a consultative, client-facing role within the financial services or fintech industry
• Experience interacting with enterprise-level CFOs and senior financial leaders
• Ability to understand and interpret Cash Conversion Cycle components, including inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to communicate positive business outcomes to customers
• Consultative, strategic, curious, and analytical approach
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and senior management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with the sales team to analyze deals and forecast the impact on a customer’s working capital cycle
• Identify opportunities to unlock customer cash flow through strategies such as optimizing payment terms
• Use semi-automated analytical processes to prepare and present tailored analyses and recommended actions to senior leadership
• Engage directly with customers’ economic buyers and internal champions to measure desired business outcomes
• Lead the discovery of how existing customers derive value from implemented solutions
