NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Microsoft Functional Lead – Customer Engagement (Dynamics 365 CE) to join our client’s team. This is an Remote Contract position.
SALARY: $75-$90/hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting experience
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Experience with Customer Insights Journeys (ideal) or strong expertise across other CE modules
• Ability to lead customer discovery, requirements gathering, and analyze sessions independently
• Experience creating user stories and managing work backlogs
• Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
• Power Platform and Dataverse knowledge
• Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead customer discovery and analyze sessions
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solution designs
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE functionality across Sales, Service, and related applications
• Create and manage user stories and work backlogs
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams
• Support data migration and integration validation activities
• Develop training materials and facilitate end-user adoption
• Serve as the functional escalation point for customer issues
• Drive successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CE workstreams throughout the project lifecycle
