NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Data Analytics Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a direct hire position with remote flexibility. Candidate should be willing to work on-site 3 days per week.
SALARY: $140-160K (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of robust Data Analytics experience, with a focus on business intelligence
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, or comparable) and databases (SQL)
- Intermediate to advanced skills with data visualization tools including Tableau and/or Power BI (they use PowerBI)
- Must have experience with Azure
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
Preferred skills:
- Experience with multi-unit business (multiple locations)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to support business decision-making processes.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to provide recommendations on business strategies, operational efficiencies, and new opportunities.
- Work closely with the enterprise data & reporting team to identify data gaps and opportunities, define data requirements for projects and design systems of measurement for business activity
- Collaborate with key business partners such as sales leadership, field operations, and the enterprise data & reporting team to define, standardize and automate reporting and analysis needs for daily, tactical decision making
- Develop and maintain tracking and reporting until a point where it can be automated and introduce analytical programs and dashboard reporting to the function and it’s partners
- Encourage innovation and experimentation within the team to explore new data sources, analytical techniques, and tools.
